Description

The Giorik Rooster Booster SETE061DF Pass-Thru Combi Oven is designed for cooking chickens and other fatty products while adhering to the most stringent hygiene standards, thereby reducing cross-contamination between raw and cooked food. It features an external fat collection tray, which prevents fat from entering your drainage system and burning inside the oven during cooking. This design reduces smoke and the potential tainting of the food being cooked.

The oven is equipped with easy-to-use programmable touchscreen controls, an inbuilt wash system, a core cooking probe with Delta T, and a multi-level cooking program.
