Description

This Giorik EMG7 medium duty use gas convection oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact size oven, it will take 1/1gn and 600 x 400mm trays making it ideal for "Bake off" use.

Product Features

Holds 7 x 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm containers at 75mm shelf centres

Easy to use analogue controls - with automatic electronic ignition

Fitted with 2 speed fan and humidity control

2 x Cooking fans are fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!

Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.

Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes or continuous setting

Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 270'C

All stainless steel construction

Supplied for Natural gas use as standard - LPG use option
