Product Description

These ovens are the ideal choice for creating scrumptious baked goods, perfectly cooked vegetables, flavorful roasted meats and poultry, or perfectly steamed fish. Both the housing and chamber are made of high-quality stainless steel, with the chamber featuring a drain at the bottom. The powerful six-bladed fan can operate at two speeds, 1400 or 2800 rpm, ensuring optimal air distribution within the chamber and preventing inner turbulence. The fan motor is equipped with double bearings and has a power output of 3.3 kW.

The timer can be set for up to 120 minutes, and the temperature can be adjusted up to 280°C. The door is designed with two layers of glass and includes space for gravity ventilation, which keeps the outer glass cool to the touch.
