This De Danieli Cooker CT150EIA High temperature electric Indirect heat tilting kettle is designed for cooking hard mixture products, such as mince meat, meat sauces, nougats, products with nuts etc. It uses a mineral oil in the heating jacket - this means it does not have to be constantly refilled as on water filled jacket. These are simple to use, fitted with touchscreen programmable controls, variable speed stirrer and internal tank probe
