The ovens feature independently controlled upper and lower heating elements, offering a temperature range up to 450°C. They are equipped with cordierite refractory cooking surfaces, panoramic glass doors, and internal oven halogen lighting, allowing you to check on the progress of your pizza without opening the oven doors.
