Description

A heavy-duty, high-output griddle that heats fast for searing and grilling. The wide 900 — 510 mm plate gives plenty of room for service, while three independently controlled heat zones let you run multiple products at once. Even heat distribution and high/low flame control support consistent results, and the full-width drip tray speeds clean-down. Supplied for NAT or LPG with a 3/4" gas connection; optional ES910 stand on castors. Dimensions W910 — D700 — H390; weight 72 kg.
