Description

This Chefsrange RC2H2D is a Heavy duty use 2 door refrigerated counter making it ideal for Restaurants, Hotels, Contract caterers, Pubs etc.. The 1/1gn tray size allows you to easily transfer product from the fridge counter into your combi ovens or other appliances using the 1/1gn tray format so reducing handling time.

Construction - 304 Stainless steel to exterior (including back) and interior.

1 Section fitted with 2 x 1/1gn sized drawers allowing easy access of ingredients

Temperature range -2/+8ºC

Refrigeration system - Heavy duty fan assisted cooling designed for 38ºC ambient operation

Refrigerant - R600a

Defrost - automatic off cycle defrost

Controls - Dixell Electronic controls

Capacity - Will accept 1/1gn trays/shelves - supplied with 1 shelf per door section

Construction - 304 Stainless steel to exterior (including back) and interior.

Insulation - 50mm thick - CFC free polyurethane
