This Chefs Range MD-3S High temperature overfired broiler is the ultimate in fast high temperature grilling. The grill reaches a temperature of 850'C allowing rapid searing of prize meats such as Steak Fiorentina, Tomahawks, Bone in Ribeye etc. With its pull out 5 position height adjustable grilling rack the chef can cook with speed or slowly for more delicate products
