This Chefs Range FLC/48 twin controlled 24+24 tray bakery retarder prover accepts the Euronorm 600 x 400mm tray system. The dual section allows greater flexibility. The f ully automatic controls makes it easy for operator - simply load and push the button - the different phases of retarding, proofing with correct relative humidity are controlled by the electronic controls and controls can be set to come on at a pre-set time to suit your operation - helping to reduce staff costs
