This Chefs Range BCC/4008 Roll In blast chiller/freezer combined, manufactured in the EU, is ideal for all large volume operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to hold 2/1gn or 600 x 800mm Bakery trolleys it will work in tandem with large Bakery & Combi ovens and other other large cooking vessels
