Description

The Cambro Ultra Pro tall hot cart is an ideal solution for transferring hot food efficiently. Constructed with CFC-free, polyurethane insulation, the Pro Cart Ultra is designed to be durable and capable of retaining temperatures for at least four hours without the need for electricity. Additionally, the cart is equipped with an electric heating module that ensures consistent temperatures up to 85˚C. This feature allows for the easy transportation of hot ingredients while maintaining their freshness.
