The Cambro Ultra Pro tall cold cart is an ideal solution for transferring cold food. Constructed with CFC-free, polyurethane insulation, the Pro Cart Ultra is both durable and capable of retaining temperatures for at least four hours without the need for electricity. Furthermore, the cart is equipped with an electric cooling module that ensures consistent temperatures as low as 0.28˚C. This feature allows for the easy transportation of cooled ingredients while maintaining their freshness.
