With an oven temperature of 450°C and a fire brick stone, it makes all the difference when cooking quality pizza. This oven is capable of cooking a maximum number of pizzas because the powerful elements can consistently maintain the high temperatures required for pizza cooking, giving you a crisp, bubbly pizza base.
