The Buffalo high speed convection oven is the perfect solution for accelerating output without sacrificing quality. Combining powerful forced convection with high'velocity air impingement, the 2.8kW, 21Ltr capacity rapid'cook oven delivers much faster cooking, delivering piping hot food with crisp finishes. By using convection and impingement, you can easily cook a 30cm frozen pizza in around 2 minutes 40 seconds, a panini in 1 minute 40 seconds and a portion of frozen chips in 8 minutes - much faster than traditional ovens. The high'capacity chamber ensures you can cook more at a time, helping you to keep queues moving in cafes, QSRs and hotel breakfast bars.

The intuitive precision control of the Buffalo high speed convection oven helps to drive consistent cooking results, reducing food waste. Its intuitive 2.4" colour LCD display has up to 100 programmable settings, six quick'select buttons and 16 ready'to'use recipes - all reducing training times and ensuring repeatable results across shifts. Wi'Fi cloud connectivity and a USB port simplify menu updates, maintenance and recipe sharing, whilst a five'speed inverter'controlled fan optimises airflow for accurate cooking and superior browning. A holding function keeps the cavity at temperature between cycles, making sure the oven is ready to cook whenever you are - and if required, the Buffalo oven can also be used as a traditional convection cooker for broader menu flexibility.

Built for busy countertops, the compact footprint features a cool'touch double'glass door and bright internal LED lighting for safe, clear viewing.
