Simply fit the appropriate attachment (whisk, spiral dough hook, or beater), lift the stainless steel bowl into place with the handy lever, select one of the three speeds, and switch on. The planetary mixing action ensures all the contents are effectively brought together, even fine flour at the base of the bowl is mixed in.

Once you're finished mixing, the Buffalo planetary mixer is exceptionally easy to clean. The bowl is dishwasher/utensil washer safe, as are all the mixing attachments.
