Electrical faults
If the plug or lead is damaged, call an agent or qualified technician. The same technician action is given for an internal wiring fault.
Ice and condenser
Too much ice on the evaporator is one cause listed in the table. A condenser blocked with dust is another listed cause. The action in the table is to call an agent or qualified technician. The condenser section also recommends that an agent or qualified technician clean the condenser.
Doors, location and air
Check that the doors are shut and that the seals are not damaged. Doors that are not shut properly are listed as a possible cause of incorrect temperature. The table also lists a nearby heat source or interrupted airflow to the condenser. If the ambient temperature is too high, increase ventilation or move the appliance to a cooler position.
Food load
The food-storage section says to store food only after the appliance reaches the correct operating temperature. Do not obstruct the fans inside the appliance. Avoid opening the doors for prolonged periods. The troubleshooting table says to remove excessive hot food or blockages to the fan. If the appliance is overloaded, reduce the amount of food stored.
Refrigerant
The manual states that R290 refrigerant is used.
