General Cabinet Cleaning Guidelines

Operators must clean the cabinet thoroughly prior to its initial start-up.

Routine cleaning of the product must be performed with a soft cloth using lukewarm water mixed with mild soap.

Commercial operators must never apply aggressive cleaning agents like scouring pads, abrasive powders, or chlorine solutions.

Water must never be applied at or near electrical components of the cooler during cleaning.

  1. Prepare a mild cleaning mixture containing lukewarm water and mild soap.
  2. Wipe down the interior and exterior cabinet surfaces gently using a clean, soft cloth.
  3. Ensure no liquids come into contact with or drip near electrical parts.
  4. Avoid using chlorine, abrasive compounds, or scouring pads anywhere on the unit.

Weekly Condenser Maintenance for Cooling Efficiency

The condenser is the black grate located behind the machine door.

You must clean the condenser every week using a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush.

Failing to carry out this weekly cleaning will significantly reduce the cooling efficiency of the appliance.

Because the machine compartment houses sharp, moving, and hot parts, any technical repairs must be referred to a skilled technician.

  1. Open the machine door to access the black condenser grate.
  2. Clean the black condenser grate thoroughly every week using either a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush.
  3. Perform this task on a strict weekly schedule to prevent severe drops in cooler efficiency.
  4. Refrain from touching sharp, moving, or hot components located in the machine area.

Thermostat Control and Operation

The control panel is located inside the compressor compartment.

You turn on the cabinet by setting the thermostat knob to your desired cooling level.

Thermostat level I represents the cold setting, whereas level IV provides the coldest temperature setting.

Turning the thermostat adjustment knob to position 0 turns off the cabinet entirely.

  1. Locate the control panel situated inside the compressor compartment.
  2. Turn the thermostat knob away from 0 to turn on the cabinet.
  3. Select level I for cold operation or adjust up to level IV for the coldest cooling output.
  4. Rotate the dial back to setting 0 whenever you need to turn off the cooler.

Troubleshooting Cooling Performance and System Safety

The cooling system is hermetically sealed and does not require frequent service inspections.

If the cabinet is not cooling, check first for a power cut.

Never use mechanical devices when defrosting because puncturing the system can release flammable R600a isobutane refrigerant.

Contact your equipment dealer immediately if you encounter any malfunctions.

  2. Confirm that the internal thermostat knob has not been turned off to position 0.
