Before use
If the appliance was not stored or moved upright, leave it upright for approximately 12 hours before operation. The manual says to allow it to stand if there is doubt. Before first use, clean the shelves and interior with soapy water. Maintain 20 cm between the appliance and walls or other objects. Increase this distance if the obstacle is a heat source. Set the brakes on the castors to keep the appliance in position, or level it by adjusting the screw feet.
Shelves
Place one set of shelf guides on either side of the cabinet at the desired height. Slide the shelf into place. Repeat these steps for the remaining shelves.
Switch on
Close the doors. Make sure the power switch is set to O and turn on the supply at the socket. Turn the power switch to I.
Food loading
Only store food after the appliance has reached the correct operating temperature. Do not place uncovered hot food or liquid inside. Wrap or cover food where possible. Do not obstruct the fans inside the appliance. Avoid opening the doors for prolonged periods.
