Combisteel 7020.0130 E0-E3 Error Codes: Safe Checks Before Service

E0

E0 means that no pan is on the hob or the cookware is unsuitable.

Place appropriate cookware containing food on the hob.

E1

E1 can mean that covered ventilation slots caused excessive heating.

Clear the ventilation slots and let the device cool for a few minutes.

If E1 remains after the device has cooled, contact the dealer.

E1 can also mean that an internal part is damaged, in which case the manual says to contact the dealer.

E2

E2 means that overheat protection switched the device off.

Unplug the device, remove the cookware, let it cool for a few minutes and then restart it.

E3

E3 means a short power cut.

Unplug the device and reconnect it after a few minutes.

Service boundary

If the malfunction cannot be removed, do not open the body.

Give the dealer the malfunction type, article and serial number, and purchase date.

If the cooking surface is cracked, switch off the unit and take it to a service centre.

Do not block the air intake or exhaust vent.
